Update img tags to Next's Image component (reqs. Next 10.0.0) #608

Tech/Performance Enhancement
Once upgraded to Next 10.0.0 we can take advantage of the Next Image component that will serve up optimized images including webp formats (next generation image type) for reduced file size and better load time.
