PARTNER: Support links in About Us section of Partner page

The about us section of the partner page doesn't support linked urls or text.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to have a url in the About Us section which can be clicked by a user. Event better is to link text in the About US section

About us wrapped in a

 tag so nothing I am aware of with my limited ui knowledge

Is the to do here to allow HTML in the partner about us block, so that it can include anchor tags that will render as links?
Or are you asking for a singular link to be added to the about us section, as a say "Learn More" that will take the user to that singular link (assuming something provided by the partner)?
