Need help understanding the docs

It says to add i.e. an OpenAI API key, but the sample .env file does not have that variable. Do we just add it? OPENAI_API_KEY

Also, the .env has OPENAI_API_BASE, do we need that too?

What is all this talk about liteLLM and then it doesn't get mentioned again, does TesslateAI use it internally or do we need to set it up on our own and just point TesslateAI at it?

Btw. I thought that until I get a reply I'd check out your cloud offering but that only gives a Cloudflare error.
