Default tensorboard log output is huge

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The default logging create a gigantic file for tf summary and tensorboard.  Sometimes, it may exhaust all disk space.  My standard resnet50 results 20GB log output.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Increase the log cycle or provide different levels of logging.
