Nope, I get something like this:

And the same unable to satisfy the following requirement CrashlyticsLumberjack/Framework is exactly what happens when you run pod install on a real project with pods 0.38.1 installed

pod spec lint --use-libraries --allow-warnings runs cleanly with the latest release of Cocoapods (0.38.2 as of writing)

Could you post the output of pod spec lint --verbose --use-libraries --allow-warnings as well as the version of Xcode you are using.
