Elixir new framework suggestion Nerves

Currently Sugar is suggested as an new implementation for Elixir

But it looks like this framework had died, because the latest release in dated in the year 2014

I would propose to remove Sugar and instead add Nerves https://github.com/nerves-project/nerves, since it is actively maintained and can be actually useful for people searching for Elixir web framework benchmarks
