Comments on parameter file update

• Workflow has to have an option to toggle the "do_" keys yourself, so that it is clear for students what is actually happening
• One default parameter file
• Immediate feedback / GUI to create a new parameter file. Does something like this already exist? Can we load this into an online GUI that writes the parameter files for us?
