Problem with MVP

Hello everyone,

I'm running a simulation using MVP and RMETH (Vertical and Horizontal). Although the resolution is not behaving as expected, I have only enabled the SPD resolution and disabled both vertical and heading (RMETHH SPD & RMETHV OFF) resolutions. However, the MVP is still applying heading modifications to the flight plans of both aircraft, when it should only be applying speed restrictions.

I've attached the scenario and an image for reference.
Am I doing something wrong, or is the MVP Conflict Resolution working this way by design?
