Registration sensor does not recognize "Rejected" state

After a network outage, pjsip sometimes returns "Rejected" as the registration state. Even though the account is not registered, the registration sensor is still on.

Happy to! I'm running it now, and all is well. It shouldn't take very long for Comcast to provide me with a network outage--they're pretty good at it. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks for your work on this integration!

The issue is not fixed. I had a brief outage last night, and signalwire is currently showing "Rejected" in Asterisk. In HA, the sensor binary_sensor.signalwire.registered is On.
