In the Readme file include the below python libraries.

mlextend, GSPPY, river, kafka, keras and TensorFlow/pytorch

You will need a folder for your source code and datasets

Otherwise it is a good start. You can add on over the course of the project.

@therapist3003 please take this up. look at stable versions of all these libraries that support the mentioned versions of pandas,numpy and scikit learn, and update the versions of these (possibly 2024 ones). Also, create a guide on making a branch and working.
