Code Refactor #15
Description
- Create smart_prep which completes all map_processing
- Given two maps, create script to run all code (incl. properties)
- Remove get_flux_emergence_rate
- Docstrings
- Function renaming (get_cosine_correction, IGM, etc.)
- Rename dB_dt and remove from folder
- Update cos_correction to be called fewer times
- Update smart_process with text also
- Change units of total_area to MH
