[TECH] Beta Tester Onboarding & Testing Window

Onboard 5 beta testers. Coordinated testing period (4 weeks, ideally weeks 1–2 testing, weeks 3–4 feedback review).

Scope:

• Scheduled calls (30 min each): product walkthrough + expectations setting
• Send beta tester kit (scenarios card, Typeform link, Slack invite, FAQ)
• Suggested timeline: Week 1–2 testing, Week 3–4 feedback review
• Weekly async check-ins (Slack updates, "how's it going?")
• Track completion: % scenarios executed per tester
• Capture screen recordings / Loom (optional, for reference)

Responsible Parties:

• founder — Onboarding calls, weekly check-ins, relationship management
• project_manager — Coordinate scheduling, send kit, track progress

Definition of Done:

• 5 onboarding calls scheduled & completed (30 min each)
• Beta tester kit sent (PDF: scenarios, Typeform link, Slack invite, FAQ)
• All 5 testers have Slack access + Typeform link confirmed
• Weekly check-in messages sent (async Slack updates, positive tone)
• Completion tracker created (% scenarios done per tester)
• All 5 testers executed ≥5/7 scenarios by end of week 2
• 0 data loss or security incidents reported
