getting parse score from CELLO predictor.

I need a help 💯

Actually I am having problem with the getting parse scores... I am following the instructions step by step but I think there is something wrong while it reads the text file from CELLO compartment predictor.

getPARSEscore code gives the warning as "There are duplicate genes on the text file". I removed the dublicates but it still says there are dublicates 😒
GSS.scores says NaN.

GSS.compartments says 'SeqID: jgi|Pycsa1|54767|CE54766_255' which is actually the name of the sequence 😄

GSS.genes says;

'Amino'
'Analysis'
'CELLO'
'N-peptide'
'Neighboring'
'Partitioned'
'Physico-chemical'
'RELIABILITY'
'SeqID:'

That's why I thought there is some misreading of the text file.

Can you help me with this?

I found the problem...
I download the cello results with ctrl+A and then copy it to a plain text file. And then try to use that to get parsescores...

The things is to download the cello results bu right clicking on the cello results link on the result page and save it onto your computer.
