Don't know how to get the latest oracle.json when my validator is in trouble

Hi all,

Sometimes my validator is in trouble and admin gives me the latest oracle.json to update via chat.
This file is located at: ~/.carbon/config/oracle.json

Then the issue will be resolved but I don't know how to download/create the latest oracle.json when my validator is in trouble again due to the change of this file. Please help to give me instruction about it.
