Record loses track of changes

When the store is synced locally all the modified fields are forgotten, therefore when a server sync is done with [Ext.data.writer.Json#writeAllFields: false](http://docs.sencha.com/touch/2.2.0/#!/api/Ext.data.writer.Json-cfg-writeAllFields) nothing is send.
