Have you installed library through arduino library manager ?. Currently pdi-framework depends on few manual steps to install. So it is not recommended to install through arduino library manager. In case if installed through library manager he it wont work. you have to follow manual steps given in read me to compile it. let me know if you face any issue in following manual steps to compile.

Meanwhile i am attaching here esp32c3 bin compiled with minimal spiffs partition scheme. it is compressed for support format

But I don't understand why flash encryption is turned on, boot startup may be stuck here, it can't find any authentication!
I've never had to bother with bootloader, partition files in other projects esp32

I builded project in arduino ide only. For esp32c3 board. Or let me build it simply for esp32 dev modules and share to you. Can you try build at your side once

flash_download_tool doesn't work!
I need to make a source for windows v11 but I can't do the driver setting. What you wrote is for the esp32 project. Can you do this for me? I also need to upload it to the esp32 flash under "arduino ide"!

Come on, Windows system! There is no such thing on Linux, I'm not familiar with it, but there will never be a big garbage disposal! :)

Below is the latest master branch source of pdi framework with followed steps in readme for esp32 device. you can extract this one and replace the pdi-framework folder whatever you have in your windows path. C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\libraries\pdi-framework
Once replaced correctly then try to build it from arduino ide and let me know if still facing issues. I have never tried it on windows. but looks like i need to try on windows 11 and add respective comments in readme
