Bring up to date with 1.14 #2

Some commenters have been saying it works with 1.14. Please provide some instruction on how to run it on 1.14, or if it turns out it isn't compatible yet, please bring up to date.
Forge 1.14 is required for compatibility with Minecraft Realms. It complains about this mod being only for 1.12. I am really, really hoping that this is a case of simply changing a couple of lines of code here to make it recognise, I can't see any reason any core code changes will be needed.
