Feature Request: Add recently edited files to sidebar panel

A great feature for anyone looking to contribute would be to add a section in the sidebar panel for recently edited Readmes. A good spot would be right under the 'Reload Editor' button

Something similar to this:

@unwls I noticed in your API Client extension, you sort of implemented something like this on the side panel. I'm assuming the frontend would need to send a message to the extension somehow.

Just wondering if you're interested in checking this out, would be a great help!

@SumitNalavade Oh yeah, I do have this feature in my extension.

The flow should be like this

Webview -> Extension Host -> GlobalState API

Sound's like a fun task to do 😋

but I guess you can just store the entire string data from monaco editor.
