Latest Steam update breaks Decky? #854

My Decky is not showing up in QAM on my ROG Ally, with latest steam client (1763795278) installed on CachyOS Handheld, and a clean reinstall doesn't work. CachyOS community says that the Steam update breaks Decky. I wonder if you are having the same issue. |

No, I'm doing a clean reinstall. v3.2.1 isn't present in QAM.

It will not work if you just changed PluginLoader file with new one.
A better way to update is to use installer: https://github.com/SteamDeckHomebrew/decky-loader?tab=readme-ov-file#-installation
Where you can select Update to latest release or something similar...

Okay I found the problem. I'm using a third-party installer script provided by ToMoon plugin due to inaccessibility of GitHub contents in China, and the script provided by ToMoon is seemingly just placing PluginLoader binary. |

v3.2.1 is fine, via official installer.
