[Bug] Steam Big Picture : black screen when waking up PC

Describe the Bug

If suspending system while in Steam Big Picture, waking up the PC causes Steam BP to show only a black screen. Menu sounds can be heard while moving around with keyboard or controller, and pressing Xbox button on controller bring up the side menu.

But the home screen/library itself shows only a black screen.

Restarting Steam fixes the issue, but it persists every time the PC is suspending while in BP mode. The attached video shows how it looks/sounds like after waking up. (I have CSS Loader on but it was tested without any plugins and the issue persists).

Expected Behavior

I expect to see my home screen without issue when waking up PC after suspending it via Steam Big Picture.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Millennium
2. Start Steam
3. Open Steam Big Picture via Xbox button or Steam button at the top right of the screen.
4. Open Steam Big Picture menu
5. Suspend system via BP
6. Wake up PC

CSSLoader? From decky or the standalone CSSLoader binary? It's possible that's where the issue lies.

Its css loader from standalone windows. But I tried on a fresh install of steam on a new laptop with no css loader, no plugins, just Millennium and it does the same thing.

I found out something new today that may help. Steam big picture's suspend button puts the pc to hibernation and not sleep mode and the problem of millenium black screen is with hibernation. If I click on windows key while in big picture and put the pc in sleep, then I wake it up, it works perfectly.
