Error message when creating new issues 

Although the new issue is created it always shows an error message:

     Submit failed: Unkown connection error!

The error log view doesn't contain any related entries.
The new issue appears under "Unsubmitted" but becomes visible in a query section after re-synchronization.

Editing of existing issues seems to work.
