Copy-Paste Gadget doesn't work when not in creative mode

Describe the issue

Like the title says.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be in survival mode
2. Take Gadget
3. Copy random structure (I just used two cobblestone for testing)
4. Have needed materials in your inventory
5. Try to paste
6. Nothing happens
7. Switch tor creative
8. Try to paste again
9. It works

Expected behavior

I can paste blueprints with resources from a from my or a linked inventory in survival mode.
