Even i tried to customize it to read and write it doesn't allow. What can i do?

Seeing this in pgAdmin and opened a related issue

This issue is fixed in #9402 but it requires you to manually reinstall the pgAdmin to 9.12.
Then future updates should work. pgadmin-org/pgadmin4#9402

How can we solve this issue of the pg4admin is running on the applications folder but refusing to update due to saying it's on the downloads folder while it's not there.
