How to modify the config.yaml to analyze local data?

I've been trying to run the program with local data, but the readme only describes how to create a genbank_ids file when the program seems to require a config.yaml as an input. Could you explain how to create a config.yaml and or genbank_ids file to run with local files. Does the "Snakefile_wget_roary_heatmap_upset_COG" file have to be modified as well (seems to only want to download Genbankifiles from NCBI)?
