[bug] Auto-scroll does not function on iOS Safari in v1.10.x

Describe the bug

Dragging a sortable item to the edge of the containing element does not result in auto-scrolling in iOS Safari in v1.10.x.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Visit https://sortablejs.github.io/Sortable/ on iPhone or an iPad and drag a sortable element to the edge of the screen. It does not scroll like it does on OSx Safari or Google Chrome.

Expected behavior

It should scroll like on other platforms.

Information

The issue occurs from version 1.10.0 (I didn't test RCs, though), and doesn't happen in v1.9.0.
