I could not install nightly (fair enough).

I tried to install stable,

gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found

Is this a bug?

I'm no expert with Linux.

I have investigated libicu74, and it is no longer necessary. SnapX is compiled with InvariantGlobalization by default, which means this library is no longer a runtime dependency. The deb update is coming in around ~30 minutes. Also, there are no stable deb packages because no version of SnapX has ever been deemed stable by us. Stable releases are derived from the master branch. All v0.x releases are inherently unstable. I know some software abuse version 0, but it's meant to communicate that SnapX is still very much unstable.
