Bug/Feature Request: sov colors

Hi,
I'm getting sov of an allied alliance shown as grey when I'd expect it to be blue. (This is 1.34)

I double checked the standings and we have them set as 4.9 - apparently an EVE feature I only learned about this week (unrelatedly) that you can have fractional standings, as an alliance. I have zero clue how this is rounded, but they are absolutely 100% light blue in my overview as if they were +5.

Maybe worth investigating what the cutoff point is and use the same rounding for coloring in SMT.
