When using multiline examples the docs generator breaks

Bug Description

When using multiline java strings in examples on functions the docs generator seems to mess up and loses indentions leading to syntax joining together on a single line (see image)

Expected Behavior

Skript to properly handle newlines & indentions when using multiline string in function examples

Caused by HTMLGenerator not generating <br/> for function examples, happens also with "hello\nworld"
