Hosted-content page: Micropolis Home renamed to Soul City; fix catalog links

Follows the WWSFF rebrand (catalogs/micropolis-home => catalogs/soul-city).
Also repoints the four federated-catalog links from the stale
repo-shows/will-wright/catalogs/ path to the current catalogs/ root.
