The messy / regex benchmarks are in outdated format

The benchmarks in messy/regex are still in the old format. My understanding is that these benchmarks are auto-generated, so those scripts should be updated to generate benchmarks in the new format.

I think @WileyCorning might have been working on this at one point?

@rahulk64 - Loris mentioned you were working on similar regex benchmarks. Can you look into fixing the scripts that generate these Messy benchmarks to be in the new format?

Sure, I'm not currently familiar with the scripts but I'll look into it
