D-LATCH having a stroke

the design i use for my d-latch currently have a chance of them going haywire when they get loaded, so i was wondering if anyone made a better/one that doesnt explode design

If you want you could save a ROM chip preloaded with all the data and flash the data onto what ever you want (tho you have to manually input the data and transfer the data)

saving data is not the problem, the problem is that i cant spawn anything containg a d latch without it exploding, this is due to the nor latch starting as the same instead of opposite and then it blink very fast

fixed it, it's ugly but it works

made it better cause sometime it broke during usage, to reproduce the break

so the fix prioritize to the on state cause both input being on causes the break

nvm the fix has worse issue dont use it
