How Do I have to configure this String
EXCLUDE_PATTERNS
if I want to remove only
"Self-Signed" Certificates ?

If you want to only remove Self signed, then make your string EXCLUDE_PATTERNS=("Apple" "Root CA" "Intermediate"). this will make sure that Apple, Root CA and intermediate are NOT deleted, but the Self-Signed will be deleted)
