Integration tests

• cucumber tests are setup to be able to call the dagger functions we expose, in this case only scan-and-fix-workflows
• dagger environment is used to run the function
• these should either use a dummy repo to generate pull requests, or they should create and close pull requests, as to not spam this repo. I would prefer a dummy repo, so these could be concealed
• should be able to run locally AND in workflows

dagger runs init and creates a valid client to connect to the engine.
it would be good to:

• split the scan and fix into further more granular dagger functions
• then on the integration tests you could run the functions directly in the code, or just run a command to execute a specific function
• didn't have time to continue but here's the branch with what i had feature/integration-tests
