Need a way handling cases where one or more of the samples has not appeared yet

Say we have a 2 x 2 sample grid but one of the samples is embedded deeper than the others. What to do? I think the best option is to do the following:

• User sets up acquisition such that all samples are in the frame even if one is not visible yet.
• User presses "add sample at" and draws a box roughly where the sample will be.
• BakingTray always images that box and keeps doing so until a sample has appeared in it. After that point, it carries on as normal.

Probably the easiest is to set a "delayed autoROI". So the user asks for, say, 50 sections. Then on the the system calculates the ROIs and proceeds in that mode from then on.
