Stop and Pause buttons in acq view during cutting

These buttons do nothing during cutting so should be disabled. Currently they remain active and just do nothing when pressed during cutting.

The pause button does disable but the stop does not. Maybe this change helps? 33c9b81

Doesn't look like this has worked either.

But when I test this by setting the acquisitionInProgress and isSlicing flags, it works. Yet still (I double-checked) the Stop button does not deactivate during a real acquisition.
