[Model Editor] screen layout adaptions by the user

Prerequisites

Description

Allow the user to independently minimize the size of the left panel (source model) and right panel (details panel) such that the target model has more focus and that when another editor is opened to the right, the element definitions and that other view can be see in view. A typical example is showing the Element Definitions and product tree side-by side

please investigate to make the application menu less wide
