I'm using another addon called Cooldown Companion, where if the items/spells are hidden and global cooldown appears, Masque skin's cooldown pulse shines through. Please fix this, it's not related to Cooldown Companion, we are constant discussion with that addon owner, we tested it

Steps to Reproduce

Group in Cooldown Companion hidden when no target nor in combat
Pulse checked in masque skin settings
Cast Surge Forward on mount example, then there is global cooldown shine through on the location where buttons are hidden.
Pulse unchecked in masque skin settings
Cast Surge Forward on mount example, then there is global cooldown not shining through the location where buttons are hidden.

I didn't say I don't want to use it when its visible in combat and appropriate. :D
But this seems to be a bug and might help you sort out other issues to/linked to other issues maybe if you can fix it. Would appreciate it, because I love how pulse looks on masque!

The Pulse option in Masque only controls whether it's displayed or not, not when or how it's displayed. That's up to the add-on being skinned to handle. The issue is likely that CC doesn't enable the Pulse by default so when it's enabled in Masque, it's always shown. As I mentioned before, albeit shortly, your options are to have the pulse on or off, as Masque doesn't monitor whether a button is visible or not.

Thank you kindly for the clarification, I take it up with Cantrelle if he wants a fix, if not then I turn it off. :)
Love you and I can't live withouth masque for decade or more!!!!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK (I'm thinking of revisiting outdated skins but not sure how to update them myself I never done addons like this before but sooo many awesome Masque art out there in the dust)!
