Automate addition of pedigree numbers and add option to export ped file with additional column linking pedigree ID number to inital ped file.

Pedigrees are numbered by generation and individual (e.g. I-3, IV-7, etc.). It would be good to automate the assignment of these numbers and provide the option to download an updated ped file that links these numbers back to the row of the ped file corresponding to that individual.
