run_table.randomize_runs_order() function doesn't exist

Hi all,
I think the run_table.randomize_runs_order() function which is referenced in the paper has not been implemented. I implemented it myself, becuase I couldn't find it, but because I think it's useful to have I'd share my code if there is interest. I'm currently working with @michelalbonico on some research which includes the RobotRunner and I did come changes and - dare I say - improvements,
