Bow zeroing and angle does nothing

I think the game handle bow zeroing/angle per arrow basis, so the "modfy weapon" mod would need updating.

Zeroing is definitely handled per-ammo with the bows and crossbow. I've been working on disabling bullet drop in 2.2.4 and that setting will override the per-bullet zeroing angles so at least I've gotten that working. I want to add controls for per-ammo zeroing angles but it will need more work. I'll see how much people request the feature once I get feedback on "disable bullet drop". I have a feeling most people won't care about setting custom zeroing distances on bows once they have the option to just disable the need for it completely.
