Automatic test of pipeline steps over use cases

Setting up a mechanism for automatic tests. The tests should covers customers use cases, and cover three steps :
* (optional) From the bare directories of images to tidy stacks, including QR detection
* From the stacked 2D+t data to date map
* From the date map to the RSML and movie

These tests should if possible include images on the github (if small size), or on HF or elsewhere (if big size)
