run_alignment_tool but GUI doesn't show

Hi, I run alignment tool like this:

but there is no GUI. I try to sovle it, but fail 0.0

I guess maybe it is related to SSH?
I use MobaXterm to access linux.
Before this issue, I have another bug:

I solved it by: export DISPLAY=:0

But other GUI can show normally, like firefox and xclock

or maybe it is related to nvidia-docker2.
