Create sample queries for select AOPs and COPs

Per Use Case WG discussion on 01.15.2024

This issue is intended to capture the plan that the Use Case WG developed for creating sample queries and templates for the ROBOKOP UI. The plan builds on work conducted on the prototype to ROBOKOP and reflects work by [Morton et al. (see supplementary materials). [See slide deck and slides 30-33 for additional background on prior efforts in AOPs and COPs.]

Morton et al. published the following AOP and COP:

Kara reproduced the results using the current ROBOKOP question-builder tool and also ran simplified versions of the AOP and COP structured as chemical-gene-disease. See this G-folder.

For the sample queries, we will add four new queries to the drop-down menu in the ROBOKOP question-builder:

1. AOP sample query: proposed title - "Adverse outcome pathways (AOPs) that may explain the relationship between particulate matter and cardiovascular disorder"
   particulate matter - Gene - BiologicalProcessOrActivity - PhenotypicFeature - cardiovascular disorder

2. COP sample query: proposed title - "Clinical outcome pathways (COPs) that may explain the relationship between nifedipine and cardiovascular disorder"
   nifedipine - Gene - BiologicalProcessOrActivity - PhenotypicFeature - cardiovascular disorder

3. AOP-simple query: proposed title - "Genes that may explain the relationship between particulate matter and cardiovascular disorder"
   particulate matter - Gene - cardiovascular disorder

4. COP-simple query: proposed title - "Genes that may explain the relationship between particulate matter and cardiovascular disorder"
   nifedipine - Gene - cardiovascular disorder

Currently the sample queries are provided in a dropdown underneath the query graph, but the button is not especially prominent for new users. In addition to adding new queries (and organizing them into sections), Alex suggested we directly link to some select queries from the landing page (robokop.renci.org)1.

I was thinking, since these are a "filled out" version of the templates created in #298 (parent issue #290), the sample queries should live underneath their template versions as a dropdown.
