Not possible for this to be bound to 0.0.0.0

Description

I have tried to change the bind address multiple times, the init command will reset the file everytime (daemon.json). This does not

trying to change the config to find to the address does not work either.

Expected Behavior

it would stay the same when i put it in the file allow for binding to external address.

Steps to Reproduce

any works, as long as you try openganf dashboard, init or start nothing helps

Also, in addition the init command will completely erease all changes I make to the config.toml file.

So i am finding the main issue is that the binding does work however, took me about 30 mintues to find the way to get it working in the right order, the issue of doing the commands always shows what looks to be a hardcoded value of localhost everytime. which leads to misleading information.

If there are errors of anykind in the config file it will automatically start on locahost port and do 50051. Which is not what the config nor the daemon from previous launch even says this causes it to refer to a host address that is not only incorrect but making it required to physically get into the system ssh, terminal, or container terminal to change it reboot and restart the machine ..... this then requires erasing the daemon file to allow it to unbreak itself.
