UNIT APP + RESPONDER APP NOT TALKING TOGETHER #184

We are relatively new to the software, maybe we are doing something wrong.

I have roles setup for units and personnel assigned to them. When we start a call and send it to a unit both the responder app and unit app go off (which is fine) but the responder app is about 10 seconds ahead of the unit one. Not the main issue but a mention. Also the responder app gets critical alert status and it looks like the unit app doesn't ask for that when setting it up. (iOS)

When the assigned personnel to the unit sets themselves 'Responding' on the unit app, it doesn't mark their personnel as 'Responding'. It just keeps them in standby. Same if you mark the unit as 'Available' it doesn't mark the personnel assigned to the unit as 'Standing By' (in the unit app or online)

One last thing, a big 'respond now' button would be nice in the call information area. That will set you as 'Responding' and then immediately open your app of map choice.

Otherwise you find yourself pressing, three lines on top, call. Find the call. Make it active. Then go back to hit 'responding' and then go back to hit route. Then go into the other app and do the same thing again for the personnel response. If you could cut half of that out, it would make wonders.

The app on open should list calls and you can immediately hit 'respond and route' or just 'respond' etc. I know you can hit 'calls' on the bottom but you cant make them active from there. Then, from the above, that should trigger your 'unit' app to also go into responding mode and vice versa if the personnel is assigned to the unit.
