Portal - Remove deployment infrastructure #174
Description
Problem
After Portal is deprecated and users have migrated to Dashboard, the Portal deployment infrastructure should be removed to reduce maintenance burden.
Proposed Solution
- Remove Portal deployment (hosting, CI/CD)
- Remove or archive the request-api-portal repository
- Clean up any Portal-specific auth routes in auth API (email/password login)
Considerations
- Only proceed after deprecation notice has been live for the agreed sunset period
- Verify no active users remain on Portal before removal
- Parent: Sunset Portal and migrate remaining functionality to Dashboard #159
