Portal - Add deprecation notice and redirect users to Dashboard #173
Description
Problem
Once Dashboard has feature parity (client ID management and programmatic webhook creation), Portal users need to be informed and redirected.
Proposed Solution
- Add a deprecation banner to Portal UI with a sunset date
- Add a redirect or prominent link pointing users to Dashboard
- Include brief migration instructions (sign in with wallet, create new client IDs)
Considerations
- Blocked by request-dashboard#40 (client ID management) and request-auth-api#42 (webhook refactoring)
- No automatic migration path — users must manually set up on Dashboard
- Parent: Sunset Portal and migrate remaining functionality to Dashboard #159
