Summary
It would be great to be able to select the Assistant via the keyboard.
Either by pressing a keyboard shortcut bringing up a list or using @ to bring up a list in the prompt and then selecting from there.
Basic Example
I have hit Cmd+N to start a new chat, I type @ and it brings up a list of the assistants and if I type pr then it filters for ones that have pr in their name, when I hit enter it selects that assistant and I keep typing.
Alternative, I hit "Cmd+K" or "Cmd+Shift+N" and it brings up a list of the Assistant types and type until the requested one is at the top and I hit enter and then it creates a new chat with that Assistant selected.
Drawbacks
If it's done via @ then it could trip people up who start their message with an @ symbol. Unlikely to affect many messages but possible. the Cmd+K and Cmd+Shift+N shortcuts avoid this, but potentially have a visual shift from the prompt field to a selection field and back again.
