[Feature] Allow objective/quest frame customiztaion (Hide Textures)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When we hide our Objective and Quests text on the objective frame, Aurora still skins the headers, which looks out of place.

Since Aurora is a minimal UI, it would be nice to have a minimal option for the Objective Tracker as well.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow hiding of the objective tracker text (objectives and quest) and to hide the header textures.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Other addons hide the text, but don't control the textures
