[Bug] New backgrounds for professions/spellbook/tradeskills bit to blackish (Oled screen)

Current Behavior

I am using wow on oled screen its pretty hard to see the difference between the back buttons and the should be more light gray background happens in both hdr and sdr mode:
Yes my contrast in wow is set a bit higher bit I also have it on the default 50%

Expected Behavior

more difference in the background and black buttons
all the older skinned windows/frames before adding these new ones works fine
